1 JOHN 5:11,12 ISV.
11. This is the testimony: GOD HAS GIVEN US ETERNAL LIFE, and THIS LIFE IS FOUND IN HIS SON.
12. THE PERSON WHO HAS THE SON HAS HAS THIS LIFE. THE PERSON WHO DOES HAVE THE SON OF GOD DOES NOT HAVE THIS LIFE.

It's Christmas again! That time of the year when millions of people around the world celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with dining and winning, visits, gift-exchange, festive parties etc.

These aspects of the season are fun and should be enjoyed, but it is so easy to get swept away in the excitement or the whole rigamarole of Christmas celebrations, and lose track of the spirit and essence of what this season is all about - JESUS CHRIST! HE IS THE REAL REASON FOR THE SEASON.

Jesus may not have been actually born on Christmas day but it doesn't really matter. What matters is that a Saviour has been born "To Save His People From Their Sin (Matt. 1:21). He was born to give Eternal Life to those who will receive Him (Jn. 1:21).

Eternal Life is the God-kind of Life; it is Life as God has it.

Eternal Life cannot be found in any religion or creed. It is neither in good works nor in a set of moral principles, no matter how wonderful they appear to be.

Eternal Life is in a Person - Jesus Christ! He is Eternal Life Personified! 

He came for the main purpose of giving this Eternal to those who would receive Him. He is the real reason for the season.

Jesus Christ is God's Greatest Gift to the world. Have you received Him into your life? Do you have the Gift Of Eternal Life abiding in you right now?

"For God so loved the world that HE GAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SON, that whoever believes in him shall not perish BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE." (Jn. 3:16 NIV).

Friends, this may be the only opportunity that you will ever have to invite Jesus Christ into your heart. 
Remember, there is no repentance in the grave. "And it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this the judgement" (Heb.
 9:27).


JESUS CHRIST IS GOD'S GREATEST GIFT TO THE WORLD; HE IS ETERNAL LIFE PERSONIFIED!

Please, pray the following prayer, if you are not really sure about your Eternal Destination.

Dear God,

I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ. I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of my sin. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that "Jesus Christ is Lord," and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Rom. 10:9). I believe in my heart and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord and Saviour of my life.
Thank You for saving me, and giving me the Gift Of Eternal Life.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:13 We having the same SPIRIT OF FAITH, according as it is written, I BELIEVED, AND THEREFORE HAVE I SPOKEN; WE ALSO BELIEVE, AND THEREFORE SPEAK. The principles of faith are taught, but THE SPIRIT OF FAITH is caught. The spirit of faith is a pioneering spirit. It is adventurous, bold, sturdy, tough, unrelenting, undaunted and unperturbed by the circumstances. During Paul's tempestuous long sea voyage to Rome, he said: "For many days, we could not see the sun or the stars. The strong wind continued to blow.
