It is God's covenant of divine protection, and it covers every danger - sickness, disease, assault, crime etc. Once a person is born again or comes into Christ, all New Testament covenant rights and privileges purchased for us at redemption, and promises such as Psalm 91 become a divine protection insurance policy for us. "The secret place of the Most High" is not a "Physical Place" or "Location." It's a spiritual State of being; it's a place of intimacy with God which only few have found and occupied.
