Romans 4:19,20 19. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body... 20.   He (Abraham) staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was srong in faith, giving Glory to God. The Bible says that Abraham was  "strong in faith." He "gave Glory to God" in the midst of a prevailing negative situation when there was no reason for him to do so. It was at a time when all hope was lost, and there seems to be no end in sight to the prolong state of barrenness that himself and Sarah were engulfed in. Abraham grew strong in faith because he is highly developed in the art of "giving God Glory" or praising Him in the amidst of life's toughest challenges. It was a habit that he developed overtime.
